1972?Just a guess.No,I looked it up-- it was 1971--"You're so Vain" was a year later.I would've guessed the opposite.Imho 1965-1973 were the years of great great pop/rock/soul.

I came here to see what Nicholas Stix was up to, clicked to hear Carly Simon sing a familiar old tune I might have heard on AM radio as my late big brother took me cruising in his 1967 Mercury Cougar ragtop, and was greeted by a closeup view of a negro telling me which bank to use.

The damned commercials are bad enough, but is there absolutely no getting away from negroes?
