I'll summarize.
GRA:Santiago Barajas fired two bullets at Mark Allen Blakely III,during a "transaction meet-up",by the sprawling York Creek apartments on June 15th.
Barajas said, to police initially,"I fired two shots into the ground,"but they made it into Blakely's head and neck. His body was discovered in the nearby woods.
York Creek is almost a city unto itself,on the north side of Grand Rapids. THE biggest apartment complex I've ever seen and it is,as they say,"diverse."
A watch was supposedly being sold and Barajas said Blakely grabbed it and ran--not fast enough to outrun two bullets,though.
I'm assuming Blakely is White--from the names--but then again--maybe not.
