I saw clips. Trump gave Powell quite a slap on the back--almost assault and battery.

"President Trump brought Tim Scott with him to investigate the massive cost overruns" at the Fed's building project.

Well isn't that special? It's the Salt 'n' Pepper Spending Addicts wringing their hands in front the cameras, oh so concerned about $3 billion. Two guys who just gave us a $5 Trillion-with-a-T debt ceiling increase acting like they're outraged about a few billion-with-a-b sunk into the building.

Yeah, the building renovation is a waste. Yeah, Powell is a creep. But what a phony cover story for the real motive: getting themselves an 0bamabush-style phony baloney artificially low interest rate to cover for their own spending addiction that would cost a Trillion a year for interest costs under honest interest rate.

Besides re-endorsing Lindsey Graham, he tells North Carolina to vote for RNC Bumbler-in-Chief Who-me Whatley for their U.S. Senate seat next year...

... who just got himself a supporting actor nomination for Best Coverup regarding another Georgia GOP scandal.

The big media loves the new scandal, just in time for '26. Dems are close to flipping the House of RINOs and could grab some statewide offices. As well as retaining Senator SoyBoy for a second term.

But the pom-pom wavers in MAGA Media just keep taking our votes for granted, partying like it's still November 6, 2024. Today I deleted The Gateway Pundit from my bookmarks. Too much yay-team! clutter. You'd never know there's a stock market bubble, a consumer debt bubble (oh look! borrow more! car loan interest is deductible!), and that No Taxes On Tips really means You Still Pay 7.65% Taxes on Tips, and where's the tariff money going, exactly? Will Japan really invest $550 billion here? Or did they just tell us that to close the deal and they'll drag their feet and run out the clock and have the audacity to pursue a Japan-first policy in their own self-interest? Ditto all these other magical trade deals.

Enough bad news? Sen. John Kennedy is "working with" Sen. Elizabeth Warren to "fix" the housing "crisis".

It's the Mexican Drywallers' School of Economics. Throw it up there with a coat of happy paint, and if you don't admire the finished product then you're not MAGA, you must be one of those evil DeSantis supporters.

Trump wants to file bankruptcy one more time--his next one will be the entire United States.
