“Yes, this is technically a ‘bad shoot’ (but a damn good shot I must admit) since the oxygen thief was fleeing, and unless he was trying to run him over, there was no threat to life.
“But Criminals are running wild due to Soros-financed DA’s and Judges, and ‘we the people’ are far-beyond effing sick of it. If you want to risk your life for property, then maybe that is in the cards.

“Call your USCCA or other legal representation and let them know what happened. Plan on getting cuffed and booked at first and live to fight another day! Let me repeat, KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT. You say nothing without an attorney present.
“Oh, and unless you are in Texas where it is ‘legal,’ don’t shoot people over property, as much as you may want to, or it may even be the ‘right’ thing to do to ‘thin the herd’ of oxygen thief criminals.”
N.S.: Due to the authorities and businesses’ practice of installing cctv cameras everywhere, in response to blacks’ (and white allies’) support of black criminals, you’re probably screwed, no matter what you do. Otherwise, I would suggest shoving the shot car thief out the door, and driving away, without so much as calling 911.

(ap november 25,2024)A White Florida woman who fatally shot a black neighbor through her front door during an ongoing dispute over the neighbor’s boisterous children was sentenced Monday to 25 years in prison for her manslaughter conviction.
Susan Lorincz, 60, was convicted in August of killing 35-year-old Ajike “A.J.” Owens by firing a single shot from her .380-caliber handgun in June 2023.
The shooting was the culmination of a long-running argument between the two neighbors over Owens’ children playing in a grassy area near both of their houses in Ocala, about 80 miles (130 kilometers) northwest of Orlando.
Prosecutors said Owens had come to Lorincz’s home after her children complained that she had thrown roller skates and an umbrella at them, which Lorincz denied.

Trial testimony showed Owens, a mother of four young children, was pounding on Lorincz’s door and yelling, leading Lorincz to claim self-defense in shooting her neighbor.
Lorincz told detectives in a videotaped interview that she feared for her life. She also said she had been harassed for most of the three years she lived in the neighborhood.
“I thought I was in imminent danger,” she said.
Jurors did not agree with her self-defense claim.
Owens’ family pushed for the maximum prison sentence after Lorincz was convicted by an all-white jury.
Lorincz’s attorney, Assistant Public Defender Amanda Sizemore, sought a more lenient sentence, an unspecified term below the 11.5 years in prison that is the lowest for her crime under state guidelines. Sizemore said in court documents that there are several reasons to justify a downward departure, including a mental disorder and claims that Owens was the aggressor and under “extreme duress” during the confrontation.
There were protests in the black community in Ocala when prosecutors took weeks to charge Lorincz with manslaughter, a lesser count than second-degree murder, which carries a potential life prison sentence. Marion County, which includes Ocala, has a black population of about 12%, according to census figures.

(ksdktv)ST. LOUIS — Two people were killed and three others were injured in a shooting Sunday night in St. Louis' Columbus Square neighborhood.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded at about 10 p.m. to a shooting in the 700 block of Carr Street, right across from the Dome at America's Center. There, police found a man dead.

Neighbor(black)Darren Noel recalled the gunfire that interrupted his family's peaceful evening inside their home in the Columbus Square neighborhood, just north of downtown St. Louis.
“My mom and them were sitting at the table. I’m sitting on the couch and my nephew was standing in the kitchen. Suddenly, we first heard four gunshots and then, 'Pow, pow, pow, pow,' just kept sounding off. It sounded like a machine gun. We all just ducked and hit the floor,” Noel said.
Other neighbors say they believe the gunfire rang out during a home invasion. However, police said Monday they were unable to confirm that.
“If those guys cannot resolve their differences with their hands and they just must use guns, I would say they’re cowards. All these shootings need to stop(GRA:LOL) They’re making our neighborhoods not safe for us to live in,“ Noel said.
