Daniel Penny does not testify in subway case, as defense rests

“new york (ap) — Daniel Penny chose not to testify, and defense lawyers rested their case friday at his trial in the death of an agitated [N.S.: English translation: violent, racist, black] man he choked on a subway train.

“closing arguments are expected after Thanksgiving in the closely watched manslaughter case about the death of Jordan Neely, 30.

“the encounter between Penny, a White Marine veteran, and Neely, a homeless black man with mental health and drug problems [a criminal history], has been drawn into U.S. political divides over race, public safety and cities’ ability to handle mental illness and social ills [“social ills”?!].

GRA: An analyst on Fox said “that was a mistake, but his lawyer said, ‘an audio tape of Penny, which jurors listened to, carried the same effect.’”

GRA: If not one White, on the jury, votes for “not guilty,” they all deserve to be attacked by minorities in a public place, because Whites like Penny will not come to save you anymore.

O'REILLY PREDICTS "NOT GUILTY" VERDICT IN PENNY CASE.

GRA:Bill O'Reilly doesn't believe "a new york jury will throw a man's life away over what happened. I hope I'm right."

He's been on a roll lately. I have no such faith, after a NYC 12,convicted Donald Trump over nothing. MAYBE something has temporarily changed,in the last three weeks,to stem the anti-White tide,of the past few years, that would have automatically
sent Penny to the gallows before November.

We'll see if anything--moodwise--has REALLY changed with the upcoming verdict.
