Shocking. DC was always such a safe place. The diplomatic corps should be grateful they have such an assignment.
Just like the 48 year old postal carrier in Chicago who got murdered on her route,just being RELATED to a thug will get you killed by another one.The blacks substitute pretty easily when it comes to murder.
