"stop & shop closes all store delis after boar's head recall over listeria fears"
"boar's head, the Virginia-based company, is pulling around 207,258 pounds worth of products off of store shelves."
I had to go to the Mayo clinic website to learn how listeria is transmitted. It is “most commonly caused by eating improperly processed deli meats and unpasteurized milk products.”

What a relief, it's only listeria! For a moment I feared something much worse, such as a Muslim would have been offended by something at the deli counter.
... which gives me an idea ... for a game show ... which in a better world would be a Saturday Night Live skit already....
Announcer: It's time to play Amerabia's new tasty guessing game... HALAL OR NON-HALAL?
... and today on Halal Or Not Halal, we welcome back Omar from Dearborn, and our new player came all the way from Texas by way of our NSU contestant auditions,
Mr. Krystopher Nathan Torres all the way from El Paso, Texas.
Here's the first food to sample and we'll show the answer to our studio audience and to you at home. (Announcer in a whisper: "cat intestines". Bell: "ding!")
Omar, you go first, have a taste, and tell us if it's Halal or Not Halal.
And it's brought to you by Mohammed beer. It's the ONLY beer that the prophet allows his picture to be on.Try one today with your Halal meal of choice.
