more "bLACK law" insanity: michiogan supreme court rules cops (in high-crime areas) can't chase fleeing bLACKS without "cause"; jkust because nIGS drive off and ignore cops' orders isn't enough

"grand rapids, mich. (wood) — the michigan supreme court has overturned the conviction of a man found guilty of fleeing from kalamazoo police officers, a ruling that is expected to change how michigan officers articulate [!] reasonable suspicion.

"Douglas Prude was visiting his girlfriend at fox ridge apartments in kalamazoo on may 30, 2019, when he was approached by police. two kalamazoo department of public safety officers on patrol asked his name, but he wouldn’t give it and said that he was visiting. the officers told him they were detaining him to find out whether he was trespassing, but he drove away. he was later arrested and charged with fleeing and eluding and resisting arrest."

“'there was no reason to suspect mr. Prude of any wrongdoing, and so (officers) had no right to detain him, and so it was not unlawful for him to drive away because the police orders themselves were unlawful,' John Zevalking, the attorney who represented Prude, told news 8.

lower courts upheld the arrest, ruling officers had reasonable suspicion to detain Prude. Prude kept appealing and the case eventually made the michigan supreme court’s docket.

“'it’s difficult to get into the michigan supreme court. they don’t take a lot of cases. and then it’s difficult to get a positive ruling because the courts always have some deference for the courts below. [N.S.: Not anymore, they don't. They have deference for black criminals.] “but in this case, we just felt it was worth going all the way,' Zevalking said.

Earlier this month, the state’s high court ruled in Prude’s favor.

“What the supreme court, michigan supreme court, ruled is simply being in a high-crime area is not a reason to detain someone,' Zevalking said.”

GRA: Then why stop ANYONE? That is where this is leading to.

“You can't STOP me if I run from y'all.”

N.S.: White policemen can't stop black criminals. This is a continuation of the Francis Lyoya case (in grand rapids), and the case from earlier this year, in which a White cop is being persecuted by the state's lesbian criminal general for "murder," for accidentally running over and killing a fleeing black felon (also in grand rapids). All in michigan. The state's elites have spoken. They have handed the state over to violent black felons.

How far can they parse this garbage? What crimes will cops be allowed to go after blacks for?If a murder is committed and police see a 100 nigs in hoodies near the crime scene, can they stop every one of tbem--or are some of the thugs permitted to run away?

How about lower crimes, like a black being in a car that might be stolen(see Patrick Lyoya)?

Group of blacks, hanging out at 2 in the morning, near a White neighborhood or a closed business establishment?Cop says,"What are you doing here?"

And they run or get in their car and drive off.

That's it?

Sounds like it.

HERE'S ONE MASS SHOOTING MEDIA DIDN'T MENTION:83% bLACK INDIANOLA,MISSISSIPPI HAD ONE LAST WEEKEND--16 SHOT,3 OF THEM TAKE nIG NAPS.

GRA:A city of 9,000. Well...8997,lol.Not mentioned ANYWHERE on msm.

(fox13-memphis)INDIANOLA, Miss. - A community coming together—Wednesday, dozens came out to hold a vigil in Indianola, Mississippi in memory of victims of a weekend mass shooting.

FOX13 reported earlier this week that in total, 16 people were shot. Three of those victims died from their injuries.

“Our answer cannot be a firearm. There are far too many firearms on our streets,” Indianola Mayor Ken Featherstone proclaimed to the crowd in attendance.

Days after gunfire broke out near a night club, injuring 13 people in a mass shooting and killing three, city leaders and the community came together in a plea for change.

“Just put the guns down. That’s all I can say. Put the guns down,” said Christopher McGrone, who attended the vigil in support of his friend Areon Butler, 1 of the 3 victims killed during the shooting.

(GRA:nigs must have hearing problems. All you read about are the "pleas" by black "leaders" to "put yo' guns down"--and they don't do it.)

Loved ones of the victims, city leaders and the community showed up by the dozens to pay tribute to those who lost their lives Sunday morning.

(GRA:Tribute?For what?)

Indianola Police Chief Ron Sampson confirmed with FOX13 the names of the victims—Areon Butler, Cameron Lee Butts and Marquette Baites.

The Chief also provided new updates on the case.

FOX13 is learning that two of the victims possibly shot each other following an argument.

According to police, there were a large number of rounds discharged and there could have been a third shooter. All of this information is preliminary, Chief Sampson told FOX13.

A curfew is in place and crowds of over 75 will be deemed illegal.

GRA:There shouldn't be gatherings of over 5 allowed in a town of 83% blacks--if THAT many.

nEGRO IS SHOT DEAD AT SAME "HIGH CRIME" APARTMENT COMPLEX LISTED IN LAWSUIT--THE ONE WHERE THE MICHIGAN SUPREME COURT RULED,"COPS CAN'T QUESTION SUSPICIOUS bLACKS AND CAN'T PURSUE AND ARREST THEM IF THEY RUN AWAY."

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — The man who was shot at a Kalamazoo apartment complex Wednesday evening has died, police say.

The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety identified him as Charles Lee Weir, 30.

KDPS said the “broad daylight” shooting around 6 p.m. happened in the “crowded” Fox Ridge Apartments off of Alamo Avenue on the city’s northwest side. Officers arrived at the complex to find Weir with a gunshot wound. He was rushed to the hospital, where he died.

Police offered their condolences to Weir’s loved ones. They pointed to “gun violence” as “a persistent issue” in the community.

Kalamazoo resident (White)Sophia Snipes said the issue has become part of the norm.

“It’s definitely a scary thought. I could just be walking down the street and get shot for either no reason or in between a shooting. It’s very scary,” she said. “I just recently graduated college a couple weeks ago, and it’s already become normal to have a couple shootings in a month near where I live. And that shouldn’t be normal. That shouldn’t be something that you shrug about.”

Snipes said sometimes, it feels like leaving the house is a matter of life and death.

“If there’s any weirdness going on in my neighborhood, it’s either I stay home or, you know, I hope it doesn’t — I hope I don’t end up in the grave,” she said.

GRA:If she lives in those apartments, she has to consider herself dead White meat. The new ruling will not help.
