Chicago COULD have had a Whitey mayor who had said he'd be "tough on crime."Not a conservative,but not a "black law" proponent like Johnson is.By the end of his term,there should be a Detroit look to the city of Chicago--less populated,more abandoned houses etc.I just hope they don't move to Grand Rapids.

Choice. That requires some mental thought and consideration. Almost all these killings are a spontaneous thing. No real thought involved and no consideration of any conswquences.
Hey hey hey there Mayor Brandon Johnson, this is no way to talk about your voters! Just because they're dead doesn't mean that can't keep voting for you. Just because Jesse Jackson Jr.'s political career seems to be dead doesn't mean that can't vote for him if he makes a comeback.
