Estimate $100,000 annual cost for each of them.
Base salary plus workers comp, unemployment insurance cost, any sort of government contributions to medical, dental and life insurance benefits and/or retirement.
N.S.: Meanwhile, adjunct lecturers, who are overwhelmingly White, earn barely over the minimum wage, and get zero bennies and no job security.
