Is it incompetence or woke indifference when this is "allowed" to happen?But I repeat myself--one goes with the other in the law these days."Woke indifference" fails to grasp the need for
these types to be locked up--for many years--or deported.
Failure to do one or the other puts many people--of all ages--at risk.
