A cruise missile uses a jet engine that needs air. They are usually small and cannot hold a lot of fuel and so have limited range. Maybe the Russians have solved that.
Atomic powered and not needing internal fuel as most cruise missiles. As it flies believed will be sending a spew of atomic radiation into the atmosphere. Where that nuke stuff lands no one knows.
