Robert Card,according to WMTW out of Lewiston,is a military vet who is a firearms expert--also his current job.FBI sources say a perimeter is being set in the area of where Card is believed to be.
Some reports indicate he made threats 4 months ago.Today,no threats--just action.

Police have gathered in Lisbon,after reportedly finding the white Subaru of Cards.Police call him only a "person of interest"--even with surveillance video of Card walking in a bowling alley,carrying a long rifle.
