GRA:A funny show and Perry was a funny actor delivering the best lines usually.

(People)The actor, who was best known for playing Chandler Bing on Friends, was found dead at a Los Angeles-area home on Saturday, TMZ reported, citing law enforcement sources. Law enforcement sources also confirmed Perry's death to the Los Angeles Times.

The outlet reported that Perry was found in a jacuzzi at the home, and no drugs were found at the scene.

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department told PEOPLE that officers responded to a call at Perry's address regarding the death of a male in his 50s, but would not confirm the deceased's identity.

TMZ was also told that there was no foul play involved, and their sources said first-responders were called to the residence for cardiac arrest.

Representatives for Perry did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

GRA:A lot of drugs Perry admitted to taking. He was in rough shape,so no surprise in one aspect, but still,it's too bad he couldn't handle success better.I believe he was in a movie with James Caan that was good for a few laughs.

PERRY JINXED HIMSELF

(the guardian)That 2022 memoir, called Friends, Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing, concluded with a thankful utterance that was no less credible for being obligatory in a recovering addict: “At this point in my life,” he wrote, “the words of gratitude pour out of me because I should be dead, and yet somehow, I am not.”

GRA:He spoke too soon.

When I was younger,my older relatives would always preface any future holiday gatherings by saying,"See you next year,if I'm still around..."and it carried most of them into their late 80s or 90s.

Perry didn't know that trick.Of course my relatives weren't addicts either.
