nato member finland breaks ground on russia border fence-chicago tribune

I have been to helsinki.
Small, compact, tidy and very, very clean.
Interesting that finland can build a border wall, but Uncle Sam cannot.
The construction of barbed-wired fence along finland’s long border with russia - primarily meant to curb illegal migration - has broken ground near the southeastern town of imatra less than two weeks after the nordic country joined nato as the 31st member of the military alliance.

Not only Finland can build a wall [fence]. India too. India has a 4,000 kilometer [2,400 mile] double fence that complete border with Bangladesh. In between the fence layers or razor wire, lit a night in some sports and guarded by squads of paramilitary with AK.
That 2,400 mile fence longer than the USA border with Mex.
