killer Jesus San Miguel, 18, walked up to his target vic, Joshua Eugene Kinnaman, 18, insulted him, and when Kinnaman responded, "I'll kick your a** right now," Miguel said, "OK. Let's go!" But when Kinnaman went out back to fight Miguel, Miguel immediately went for his knife and strabbed Kinnaman to death. That's Murder One, but Miguel will get affirmative action justice--Man One or Two.
