Holt flooded his newscast(especially early)with 2 "Whites shooting blacks" syories,calling it "racial".

Jayland brought it all on himself. He might have fired the shot in accident. An accidental discharge? He was not proficient in the use of the firearm and fiddling with the weapon during his chase?
