UPDATE:
As the nbc lawyers discussed the indictment,they all agreed--after looking through the 16 pages--that there IS NO conspiracy charge filed against Trump.All 34 counts are for paying off Stormy Daniels.

They had jumped the gun initially, but then decided, no conspiracy charge was filed by Bragg.

The “experts” then argued about whether it’s a weak or strong case. No consensus.

My last impression of this, after Alvin Bragg held a short presser, is he is connecting the crime of falsifying business records to interfering with the 2016 election by suppressing facts surrounding the payoff of Stormy Daniels. He connected it to conspiracy, but did not charge Trump with conspiracy, per se. That’s the way I understand it.

Now I just heard on local news, he IS charged with conspiracy.

I give up.
