So where does the American(negro)perp go to prison--Mexico or the US? If it's the U.S.,why do non-US citizens from Mexico go to OUR prisons when they kill someone here? It compounds the crime.First,they kill one of ours.Second,we have to house them in our prisons--unless ICE wants in on the matter.For serious crimes,they stay here--from what I read--and we get to feed them for decades.
Does Mexico send negroes who commit crimes in Mexico--back to the US?
