GRA:One of CBS' analysts noticed that in a formerly Democratic area of Florida,DeSantis gained a million votes over 4 years ago.
The commies at the CBS election desk--all five of them--including Norah O'Donnell,Margaret Brennan,Major Garrett and Oprah's girlfriend,were unlistenable,as they whined about GOP wins and celebrated Dem victories--including New Hampshire--which they were worried about losing in the Senate.

GRA:What cbs is doing this year is,instead of calling a race or saying,"it's too early to call",they're using the word "leans" to describe the status of each contest--at whatever point in time they're talking about.
Hochul was up 70%-24% in early counting and Norah O'Donnell then chimed in that cbs was "leaning" her way to defeat Zeldin--when all is said and done.
cbs also "leans "commie--a lot,but at 9:30,cbs also said they are "leaning" Republican in the House.Then Robert Costa warned all those fearful Democrats watching,that impeachment of Biden and others in the administration would occur--and a thorough look into Hunter Biden's(and father)corrupt activity was a given.
In Georgia,Brian Kemp is given the edge by cbs over Stacy Abrams--just a "lean"--not a call.

GRA:Citing sources close to Dominion Inc.,cbs decided they had enough information to call the presidential race in 2024 for Joe Biden--winning over the Trump/DeSantis pairing,by a 500 to 38 electoral vote margin.
"We decided to save all the probable candidates the trouble of running--and save billions of dollars in the process--while also giving the populace a heads up that they won't need to vote in the next election."
Asked if Biden would be a candidate --or even alive then--cbs said,"it doesn't matter--Biden will be our next president--winning re-election comfortably."

Fox News can project that Michigan Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer will prevail over Republican former TV host Tudor Dixon.
The race garnered national attention following Whitmer gaining near-celebrity status in the Democratic Party amid the coronavirus pandemic, and most polls showed her leading Dixon in the days and weeks leading up to the election.

BIDEN'S STUDENT LOAN FORGIVENESS PLAN RULED,"UNCONSTITUTIONAL".BY TRUMP APPOINTED JUDGE IN TEXAS
Late on Thursday, a federal judge in Texas ruled that 80-year-old (ok, fine 79 for another 10 days) President Joe Biden's plan to cancel hundreds of billions of dollars in student loan debt was unlawful and must be vacated, delivering a victory to conservative opponents of the program.
District Judge Mark Pittman, an appointee of former Donald Trump in Fort Worth, ruled in a lawsuit backed by the Job Creators Network Foundation on behalf of two borrowers.
Pittman in a 26-page ruling wrote that the HEROES Act - a law that provides loan assistance to military personnel and that was relied upon by the Biden administration to enact the relief plan - did not authorize the $400 billion student loan forgiveness program.
"The Program is thus an unconstitutional exercise of Congress's legislative power and must be vacated," Pittman wrote.
