According to media,Russia is the Woody Allen of countries:Like the nebbish characters in his movies,he--and Russia--can't do anything right.Clumsy,inept,impotent(except in his own mind),yet Woody(Russia)is committing heinous war crimes on Soon Yi(Ukraine).

Where's Tony Roberts when you need him,for some common sense?It isn't Biden OR Petraeus.
