?????? Any animal lover has to be outraged at this video of a black female mail carrier pepper spraying a dog who is safely behind a strong fence. Obviously this woman committed this act of violence against the poor dog because she is a vicious creature who enjoys hurting others. It sounds like the US Post Office wants to ignore this offense. Maybe she is too black to fail. She should lose her job and be prosecuted for animal cruelty.
