Just do a little pimping on the side.
Guy knew home to game the system. First gained entry as a "student". Did he ever finish his studies? Then he got a green card. Then joined the military but only lasted six months. He was a master at gaming the system. Nigerians in particular among the best scam artists in the world. And do their scamming on a world wide basis too.
