There's really only 2 possibilities here:
Ayoola Ajayi, the black homeowner, picked her up,took her to his flophouse and killed her.
Someone else picked her up,knew about the flophouse, took her there and killed her.
It was a popular place for women to go to stay for a night. The neighbors "saw many women, coming and going, from the premises."
Would Ajayi be so stupid as to kill someone and bury her in his backyard, burning her along the way?Possible, but not likely--being a military vet.
Would a friend of Ajayi's(or Ajayi himself),who killed Lueck, panic and attempt some burning and digging in the backyard, decide that wasn't the answer and take her somewhere else to be hidden?
My guess.

Former roommates share experiences with person of interest in MacKenzie Lueck case
POSTED 9:43 PM, JUNE 27, 2019, BY JOHN FRANCHI, UPDATED AT 07:55AM, JUNE 28, 2019
SALT LAKE CITY — Former roommates of the man who police are calling a person of interest in the disappearance of MacKenzie Lueck are stunned by the most recent developments(GRA:They always are--idiots).
“That is kind of mind-boggling,” said one man who shared an apartment with the person of interest. Due to the high profile nature of this case, he asked to not be identified.
They shared an apartment in North Salt Lake in 2016. That apartment is across the street from Hatch Park, the last place MacKenzie Lueck was seen.
Police have not identified the person of interest. They have only said it is the person who owns the house where investigators spent hours searching for evidence Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
This former roommate of the person of interest is shocked to learn of his possible involvement in the case. The pair developed a friendship in the brief time they lived together.
“It took about a month for him to even talk to me, just because we three guys, kind of all kept to ourselves. I just took the initiative to try to talk to him. He was just actually, very nice. Welcomed me into the apartment,” he said
He remembers his former roommate as someone who dated several women.
“I’d see girls, kind of come in and out very frequently. Sometimes they would stay for two or three days, but really never leave his room, like ever to get food,” he said. “In passing, just say hi to them. But yeah, it changed between a Latina girl, a brunette girl, a blonde girl. In three or four months, I'd say at least three, if not four or five girls.”
Another former roommate elaborated on the man’s dating habits.
“He had apps, dating apps. He was meeting a lot of people through those,” said a person who was a college roommate with the person of interest at Utah State University. “I don’t know how many people he has dated or met up with using those apps or whatever. I know he’s had a lot of, a long list of dates.”
This former roommate and the person of interest lived together for more than a year.
“When I first met him he was kind of oblivious to how things happened in America because he’s a foreign student,” he said.
They have known each other for years, and although the former roommates lost touch, they spent an afternoon together earlier this month.
“He messaged us and said he was coming to Logan and was wondering if he could stop by and see how we were doing,” the former roommate said. “He told us he owned a home now and he was a homeowner and he said we should come down and see his house some time.”
That home has now been seen on TV and computer screens across the world.
“I do find it shocking that people would assume that’s something he would do,” he said.
He is stunned this person he calls a friend is now entangled in a mystery that is captivating the state, the country and the world.
“Just from knowing him. I just don’t see that it's something he would do. But, you never know, I guess,” he said.
Neither former roommate knows if the man was dating or spending time with MacKenzie.
GRA:One report had him as an ex-military guy, this one has him as a foreign student.I saw another report, from a woman that cleaned Ajayi's house, that there were many cameras inside the house--three in the master bedroom.Should be lots of surveillance evidence, one would think.

This is so very unusual. Mormon country. Black man. White girl. Escort type service or just plain prostitution. Mormon country you expect the populace to exist at a higher level of moral existence.
Lueck found dead,Ajayi arrested
Just heard on CBS radio, while driving,of the arrest of the "person of interest"--Ajayi.CBS reported that both the perp and vic's phones were tracked and at the time Lueck's phone went dead (and Lueck),their phones were a foot apart.
CBS reporting that police are still investigating if Ajayi acted alone.
If you are a white woman,no matter your age or his age--NEVER allow yourself to be alone with a black male--EVER!

Hate crime?Why not?

NNN DID give a report on this story, showing blackie,Ajayi, walking out with his hands up--on a far away camera shot. They also showed him in his national guard uniform and mentioned that as well."Alleged" was used quite often.Still,I was surprised to see 3 minutes worth of a report--though it was over half way through the broadcast.
But NNN then repeated their usual pattern of reporting black crime--rare event that it is--by following the blackie murderer--with the Fields sentencing, immediately afterwards. It was laced with the usual Lesta verbiage,in an attempt to keep whites on the defensive.
As they say,rinse and repeat.

He was oblivious to things in America at all. He was a pimp whoring out young women and especially attractive young whitey women. He was a bad guy. That house of his is a house of prostitution. Mackenzie said something to the African and it pissed him off. At that moment he decided to get rid of her and he did.
Here's my guess on motive: I don't believe they ever met before,or they'd have met at his house.I think his pics on the dating site were phonies or flattered him too much. When Lueck and Ajayi met at the park, she looked at him and said,"No way"--could you blame her?A very weird looking blackie--unless you're into Urkel types.
Maybe they argued,he flipped out,and strangled her. Then decapitated and burned at his place.I believe he drove a dead woman to his flophouse.
