Stalk Him, and Then Point the Gun at Him Again
By Nicholas Stix
Note that nowhere in Phil Benson's story for CBS' KPHO does he mention that returning to the U.S. after being deported even once, is a felony. Note, too, the cute little stunt that CBS pulled, of chaperoning the mug shot of a brown-skinned felon with two mug shots of whites, as if the whites' alleged offenses, which are completely irrelevant to Martinez' felonies and this story, were twice as bad, and as if whites committed two-thirds of the crimes in this country, when in fact they commit fewer than half of them. Finally, although Martinez' neck tat screams out, "gangbanger!," Benson says nothing about the felon's gang affiliation.
Because Martinez' mere existence on American soil is a felony, I do not use fictions like "alleged" and "suspect" in his case.

STANFIELD, AZ (CBS5) -
An undocumented immigrant [sic] deported from the U.S. three times has been arrested in Arizona after pointing a stolen handgun at an elementary school security guard, sheriff's officials said.
Saul Martinez, 23, is accused of confronting the guard at Stanfield Elementary School on Saturday and pulling out a .40-caliber handgun after the guard asked him what he was going [sic] on school property, the Pinal County Sheriff's Office said.

Martinez told the guard to "back off" while pointing the gun at him, PCSO said.
The guard went to his truck and called 911 as Martinez walked to a mobile home and changed shirts, deputies said. The guard then drove to a nearby Circle K convenience store while Martinez followed him on foot, according to PCSO.
Deputies said Martinez confronted the guard again while he was seated in his truck at the Circle K parking lot. The guard told Martinez he simply wanted to know who he was because there had been recent break-ins and thefts at the school, investigators said.
When deputies arrived, they found Martinez sitting between a trash can and a gas pump. Deputies located two .40-caliber bullets in Martinez's pockets, but no gun, PCSO said. After sweeping the area again, a deputy found the handgun hidden behind a RedBox movie rental machine, PCSO said.
Martinez eventually admitted to having the gun, but denied pointing it at the guard, the sheriff's office said. A check of the gun's serial number revealed it was stolen in Casa Grande.
Deputies said they discovered Martinez had been deported by the Border Patrol on Feb. 18, 2009, Dec. 6, 2009 and July 12, 2011.
Martinez was booked into jail on a number of charges, including possessing a firearm on school grounds.

Illegals have no fear of border patrol, police, or imprisonment. It's all better for them than the shitholes they come from. The fact that people just like them made their countries shitholes and will make this one the same also holds no fear for them.
I was hit by an illegal doing 100 mph on a street, he was driving a stolen Buick and drunk out of his mind. I survived miraculously unhurt but the back of my car was completely crushed, I had just previously 5 minutes before dropped off several children who were sitting in back. They would have been killed if they were still there. He continued down the road and wiped out several more cars until crashing himself. When the cops caught him he was laughing saying: I drunk a little too much I guess in his culture drinking too much excuses what you do. There was no insurance money to be had so I had to cover with my own insurance and paid the deductable and higher rates that resulted. When I tried to follow up with the justice system as to what happened to this guy afterward I found out he had been placed in some kind of rehab program. ??? I tried to get more info about it but kept getting the runaround. Ultimately I discovered after "rehab" he was deported. No jail time, no punishment just sent back to Mexico undoubtedly to return the first chance he gets. Yeah, America, the country that treats criminal illegals with PC kid gloves, they must think we're a joke. I've done some traveling overseas and I guarantee you that other foreign governments don't treat illegals nearly as gently as we do.
I don't understand how justice can be called that yes some illegal want the American dream because they have nothing. However they have to wait til someone illegal commits a felony to do anything. Having knowledge that on 3 separate occasions of being deported. Having that knowledge should tell you something not to mention the suspicion of his involvement in other illegal activities. However i am thankful that its done without anything more dangerous situations can occur any farther.
The Oregonian is at it again with it's schizophrenic race/crime reporting. The comments are pretty interesting, while I consider most newspaper readers to be clueless lemmings the race issue has not gone unnoticed by all readers, I couldn't help but get my 2 cents in also. Jerry aka Erostatle
