They just had an entire article in the National Geographic about the lack of toilet facilities in poverty stricken nations and the health problem as caused by lack of same. Indian a nuclear power in particular the woman when marrying a man is most anxious to know if the prospective groom lives in a home with a modern "western' flush toilet.
