What is Tim Walz' plan?

I wonder if Walz is setting up the possibility of running for governor again. He was out at a podium today, making "non-conciliatory" statements, i.e.: more of the same inflammatory gibberish he's known for--agents bad, illegals good.

"this is an inflection point for America (choose which America he's referring to), and we must....decide where this goes."

That was the dem talking point and catch phrase--"inflection point"--said over and over again today.

Angus King, a dem politician from maine, said he was NOT going to vote for ice funding, jeopardizing the budget bill and increasing the chance of another shutdown.

"they need to separate funding for ice from everything else, so we can continue to fund 96% of the government."

I don't think the gop wants to do a repeat of last year's shutdown, but P.T. might be stubborn about ice funding.

They'll come up with something, I think.
