“Lansing, mich. (wlns) — the university of michigan has fired head football coach Sherrone Moore following an investigation that found he engaged in an 'inappropriate relationship” with a staff member.
“according to a statement from university of michigan athletic director Warde Manuel, Moore’s termination will go into effect immediately. Manuel adds that his conduct violated university policy and the university 'maintains zero tolerance for such behavior.
“Biff Poggi has been appointed interim head coach. Poggi was previously the associate [?] head coach at michigan under Jim Harbaugh during the 2021 and 2022 seasons. he returned to michigan as associate head coach under Moore this season. between his stints at michigan, he served as head coach for the Charlotte 49ers, a program in the american conference.
“Moore was named the full-time head coach of michigan ahead of the 2024 season. Moore filled in for Harbaugh while he was suspended for four games during michigan’s 2023 national championship-winning season amid the Conor Stallions sign-stealing controversy. Moore was the offensive coordinator at michigan before becoming the head coach.
“Moore will end his career as michigan’s head football coach with a 16-8 record.”

(espn)Sherrone Moore was in custody in the Washtenaw (Michigan) County Jail on Wednesday night as a suspect in an alleged assault, just hours after he was fired as Michigan's football coach for having what the school said was an "inappropriate relationship with a staff member."
Moore was initially detained by police in Saline, Michigan, on Wednesday and turned over to authorities in Pittsfield Township "for investigation into potential charges."
Pittsfield police released a statement Wednesday night saying they responded at 4:10 p.m. to the 3000 block of Ann Arbor Saline Road "for the purposes of investigating an alleged assault. ... A suspect in this case was taken into custody. This incident does not appear to be random in nature, and there appears to be no ongoing threat to the community.
"The suspect was lodged at the Washtenaw County Jail pending review of charges by the Washtenaw County Prosecutor," the statement continued. "At this time, the investigation is ongoing. Given the nature of the allegations, the need to maintain the integrity of the investigation, and its current status at this time, we are prohibited from releasing additional details."
Pittsfield police did not name the suspect in their statement.
Earlier, Saline police stated they "assisted in locating and detaining former University of Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore. Mr. Moore was turned over to the Pittsfield Township Police Department for investigation into potential charges."
Michigan fired Moore on Wednesday following an investigation into his conduct with a staff member.

I'll summarize(from various reports):
Sherrone Moore had just left his house Wednesday afternoon,after a fight with his White wife(we can guess about what--his upcoming firing--and WHY),and traveled to mistress Paige Shiver's abode where he pulled a knife out and threatened to kill both of them. It didn't happen--possibly due to Shiver managing to find a safe area where she could call the police--after which Moore left.
Many other areas of interest include pregnancy,abortion and a reciprocal reward to Shiver for ditching the future niglet.
I said a mass murder hadn't happened--yet. It was(at least a murder/suicide potentially)narrowly averted.
Shiver ruined her life,by the way. A lesson for White chickies who read this story.
