"'let's also pray for a world where these things don't happen,' guv Andy Beshear said.

GRA: That ain't this one.

Jacob Bard, from indiana, sounds White to me. Spelled correctly, not over eight letters. If he was black, it'd be Jaycobbicious Bard.

Oh, Good Grief! "ksu president Koffi C. Akakpo"...
is a togolese american academic administrator...

Never mind: "ksu is the only public historically black university in the state." Yes, I got the memo. No negative thoughts allowed.

"Akakpo" sounds like what Charles Nelson Reilly would write down as an answer to the question:

"Before a speech last week, Joe biden's diapers were checked and found to be full of (blank)."

"parent of kentucky state university student charged in shooting that killed fellow student"

N.S.: What kind of a pathetic headline is that? Was he charged, because he happened to be in the neighborhood?!

We are family,
I shot all of them easily,
We were family,
No way that they had a chance.
