Whites dropping dead everywhere: Chuck--same last name aas the united healthcare shooter, different dago--Mangione dead at 84

"(abc noise) Chuck Mangione, the grammy-winning jazz bandleader and musician who scored an unlikely top-five hit in 1978 with the jazz instrumental 'Feels so Good,' has died at age 84, according to a note on his official website.

GRA: Enjoyable song back in the day.

I see you had "The Last Surviving Member of 'Hogan's Heroes'(Kenneth Washington) dies" posted for a minute. I made up this response.

"...including guest appearances in Star Trek, Petticoat Junction and I Dream of Jeannie."

GRA:I know he was Kinchloe Jr,but what was he doing in "Petticoat Junction"--besides trying to hit on known coal burner,Gunilla Hutton.

PETTICOAT JUNCTION(with Bea Benaderet and Edgar Buchanan)

ARF ARF ARF!

Uncle Joe:Oh,oh--we got a darkie in Hooterville,Kate--my bloodhounds are barking--and they're never wrong.

Kate:Well, they're right again,a Kenneth Washington has come a courtin' on Billie Jo(Gunilla).

Uncle Joe:Last time they barked like that,I heard someone singin' "Ramblin' Rose" five minutes later.

Kate:That was Nat King Cole,Joe.

Uncle Joe:Whoever it was,the dogs got rid of him. He ran onto the Cannonball faster than Jesse Owens, hahaha. Hey who's THAT tearing out of the hotel NOW?

Kate:With your dogs right behind him. It's KENNETH.

Uncle Joe:Best coon huntin' dogs I ever bought, heh heh heh. Okay, time for a nap.

GRA, I switched the post to "draft," because I had just missed the witching hour. I'll post it first thing, later today.

But check out the picture of the aged Kenneth Washington here at the Daily Fail, looking very un-black. And looking very POW, unlike when he played one.

He did Petticoat Junction? I missed that curve! "Lots of curves, you bet / Even more when you get / to the Junction" Uncle Joe sounding like... well, speaking of "Hogan", The Hulkster.
