Search is on for missing swimmer in Carroll county, Md., 20-year-old hispanic male, allegedly "from Pikesville"

"Carroll county sheriff Jim DeWees told wmar-2 news that the missing swimmer is a 20-year-old hispanic man from Pikesville.

"Search for missing swimmer at liberty reservoir resumed morning of july 4th.
