Actually,guys like Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt are big stars--as big as John Wayne or Jimmy Stewart. Jennifer Lawrence is all I can think of,on the actress side of things. They'd be A-listers,years ago. Hanks used to be.
None of the negresses,Hollywood tries to inflict on us,are a or b-listers. "C"--for colored,is the best rating I can hand out for Viola Davis or Kerry Washington.
