bIDEN'S physician, for four years at the white house, takes the fifth, rather than testify before congress
"<EM>cnn</EM> Joe Biden's white house physician on wednesday declined to answer questions during a closed-door deposition with the house oversight committee, invoking his fifth amendment right as the republican-led panel pushes forward in its probe of the former president's mental fitness and decline.
"while dr. Kevin O'Connor appeared on capitol hill wednesday, his attorneys said he 'respectfully declined to answer any questions' from the panel."

N.S.: That's a misquote. O'Connor would have said, "I respectfully decline to answer any questions."
Already in a previous life, during the late 1980s, I noticed that social work colleagues were unable to properly quote people. They would put quotation marks around words that were clearly indirect quotations. For many years, I have seen the same form of illiteracy among alleged journalists and their "editors."
