LOS ANGELES - Community members in Whittier are calling for the removal of City Planning Commissioner Richard Quirk, accusing him of racist behavior in a social media video. The video shows Quirk and his husband, Paul Ramirez, dressed up as an ICE agent [N.S.: One or two? Get your grammar right!]

Queer white and queer mex. I lower case Whites who don't deserve to be capitalized. The freak show IS California. Get a tent big enough to cover the parameters, then pump in the methane.

Start over.

MATTEL RELEASES BARBIE DOLL--WITH TYPE ONE DIABETES--ON THE WORLD,"TO PROMOTE INCLUSIVITY"(WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS COMPANY?)

(USA today) In a significant move to promote ‘inclusivity and representation’, Barbie has now launched its first-ever doll with Type 1 diabetes. Yes! You read that right. The doll is part of the Fashionistas lineup and comes with a pink glucose monitor on her arm to test blood sugar, which is held in place with heart-shaped medical tape, an insulin pump and a bag to carry emergency snacks.

(GRA:Sounds like fun--NOT.)

According to USA Today, the company partnered with Breakthrough T1D, formerly JDRF, a diabetes research organisation, to create the doll. 314,000 kids have the disease.

GRA:Meanwhile,Mattel also announced a "Ken's been molested by queer adopted parents" doll,a "Jacquarious kleptomaniac" doll(complete with magnet that draws small items into his pocket),and a "Fat as F**k,Malibu Barbie" doll(for double the price of a regular "Malibu Barbie" doll. "It's important to have dolls that all kids can relate to,"said Mattel.

I always thought dolls were fantasy--what kids aspired to be,not a reminder of their own imperfections How horrible to pull a doll out of a box and it's just like YOU. Who the hell wants that? Toys are supposed to be an escape mechanism to promote a kid's imagination.

( I just looked and CNN says,Mattel has other Barbies who are blind, deaf and have skin conditions. Wokeness gets more bizarre all the time.)
