Every year,in the vicinity,a bunch of unknowns put on a three hour fireworks show in a parking lot. Someone asked them where they got that many fireworks and the answer was obvious:stolen.
I don't get the allure of shooting off low quality fireworks but they do it every year and the cops drive right by without slowing for a second.
