All hate crime laws are unconstitutional
Because hate crime laws, although prima facie race neutral, are always used against whites, and never against blacks, according to Supreme Court precedent, they are unconstitutional.
See Yick Wo v. Hopkins (1886).

To anyone who wants to represent what's left of our country:Please file a lawsuit about this matter and take it(eventually)to SCOTUS.
Thank you.
IF I had a billion dollars,I'd file these types of cases every day to throw out the pro-blackie insanity that permeates our system. Musk could do it--why he doesn't,I don't know.
Lots of $$$ needed to straighten out this nation,or at least ATTEMPT to straighten it out.,though there are no guarantees with SCOTUS.
