"Guerra, a mother of two, was reported missing by her boyfriend, Keycy Robinson Alexis Barrera-Rosa, 24, who claimed she was last seen at her home on Adams Court in Waldorf. The two share the home with their kids and several others.
"An investigation began shortly after deputies determined that the circumstances surrounding the disappearance were "suspicious".
"Agents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) also detained Barrera-Rosa, after finding fraudulent court documents and determining he entered the U.S. in April of 2019. Officials told 7News he will likely be returned to Maryland to face murder-related charges.
"Berrera Rosa's uncle, Rolvin Eduardo Bererra Bererra, 37, is also facing accessory charges."
