TRUMP DENIED IN THREE FEDERAL COURTS IN DEI SCHOOL FUNDING CASES;SCORE TRUMP 3 COMMIE JUDGES 27, 28 AND 29(bottom 3rd inning)

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — A federal judge on Thursday blocked Trump administration directives that threatened to cut federal funding for public schools with diversity, equity and inclusion programs.

The ruling came in a lawsuit brought by the National Education Association and the American Civil Liberties Union, which accused the Republican administration of giving “unconstitutionally vague” guidance and violating teachers’ First Amendment rights.

A second judge in Maryland on Thursday postponed the effective date of some U.S. Education Department anti-DEI guidance, and a third judge in Washington, D.C., blocked another provision from taking effect.

In February, the department told schools and colleges they needed to end any practice that differentiates people based on their race. Earlier this month, it ordered states to gather signatures from local school systems certifying compliance with civil rights laws, including the rejection of what the federal government calls “illegal DEI practices.”

GRA:By November 2028,the commies should have totally regained control of the country--or at the latest-- January 21st 2029.

GRA:Seems like 2 million. How do you not need to prove--at some point in the process--that you are a citizen?

(ZH)U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly has dealt a partial blow to President Donald Trump’s push to secure America’s elections, blocking his initiative to require proof of citizenship for voter registration. The ruling marks yet another roadblock from the judiciary thwarting the administration’s America First agenda, which could raise further concerns among conservatives about the integrity of the electoral process.



Kollar-Kotelly also prohibited the Election Assistance Commission from withholding federal funds from states that fail to comply with the citizenship verification mandate.

“Our Constitution entrusts Congress and the States - not the President - with the authority to regulate federal elections,” the judge wrote in her 120-page opinion obtained by ABC News. “No statutory delegation of authority to the Executive Branch permits the President to short-circuit Congress’s deliberative process by executive order.”

GRA:This morning,the dem counter-complaints came from the coven on "The(Witches')View",which except for borderline dem Alyssa Farrah Griffin,accused Trump of targeting Whites to procreate at a higher rate--which is true. The GOVERNMENT ALREADY pays blacks and spics to have kids--with welfare and other programs. The coven didn't mention that. Why would Trump give minorities bonus cash to pop out more criminals?

Of course it's for Whites--that's how you REALLY make America Great Again--more Whites,less minorities.

The crazy coven stressed that they wanted the money to ALSO go to lesbos and queers who "make" their babies by abnormal means. Who needs those offspring either?

Along with erasing the White race and American cultural identity they want to erase the concept of citizenship. The idea that being a citizen accords an individual certain rights and privileges is going to be eliminated. What's the point of being a citizen if you do not have certain things a non citizen does not have? Citizenship is meaningless when a foreigner can waltz across the border and be handed those privileges without having to go through a process.
