Christopher Schurr w i l l testify in his trial, which begins april 28th
GRA: Attorney Ven Johnson, who is representing the Lyoya family against Officer Schurr, said on woodtv, “he HAD to testify to convey the emotion of the moment that made Schurr decide to fire his weapon.”
It was to stop Patrick Lyoya from trying to kill him.
