I have a friend who sometimes listens to talk radio, and it's surprising to learn he still has a show on the air. From the lack of publicity he gets in nyc, he might as well be Judge Crater. -RM

Cuomo using nyc as a rung on the ladder to a presidential run in 2028 as the Second Coming of FDR with a dievp to be named.

Enter the republicans, gifting him a huge issue, a $50 trillion national debt.

$34 trillion was bad enough. Then june 2023 "the Greene new deal," screamin' Marjorie debt-slavin' for Kevin McCarthy, which gave Biden/Harris another $1.5 trillion of play money. With an assist from Phony Thomas Massie, of all people, voting yes. But then Massie got his head screwed on straight again and voted no on....

...the one-big-beautiful-bill which will add another $4 to $5 trillion bump (whatever congress rams through at 1 a.m. some friday night this spring), with pathetic promises to cut spending in the future.

doge is lowering expectations, and Hegseth wants the pentagon boosted to a trillion a year.

Perfect setup for Cuomo to posture as being fiscally responsible.
