Texas? I could see it happening in California or Colorado--but TEXAS?

Justice is dead in the US. Prosecutors file multiple charges for the same event to roll up the sentences and perhaps scare a defendant to pleading guilty rather than face the rest of his life in prison. The second scam is multiple trials for the same event--if they don't get the White guy the first time they try him again. All sense of fairness and justice is dead in this country.
blacks as judges,das and police chiefs is where the country went off the rails. They have a different version of "law". Good thing their demographics isn't 50% in the U.S.,Whitey would be long gone. A preview of that is in our big cities.
