If Rickles hosted such a show, I think he’d change the title of it to The Dummy Connection—in two and two.
“Here we have two dummies who, on the last show, chose each other and went out—how’d the date go, miss? From the cast on your arm and the severely bruised face, I’d say, not too well.”
“I hit my nose on a doorknob, Don. My arm is fine.”
“If I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard those lies on here, I could have quit doing this cockamamie show weeks ago. Well, I HAVE to ask, Would you like another date with this abusive shoeshine boy?
