Then I moved and found another and it's the same pattern. I call it The Second Third World Laundromat. All the signs are in English and Spanish both. White dude who owns the place is the laundromat analogue to slumlord. Half the machines are always out of order, some of them for weeks at a time. Put a $1 bill in the change machine first to see if it's working before you take a chance with a $10.
