blacks' fare-beating on nyc public transit

I suggest that black criminality isn't just a way to stick it to the White man--although that is part of it. The fact that most crime victims are black indicates that black criminality is just an aspect of their character--they will cheat, rob, and kill whoever they can--black or White. I believe that high crime rates exist wherever blacks are--including africa.
