The ACLU haven't changed the laws in Suitland yet--by removing the ability of police to use fingerprints,negro dna or other evidence to arrest them?

Outcry is all the time. Then nothing happens.
Increased police presence in the aftermath. Or metal detectors turned on only after a stabbing. Or a slashing with a piece of broken glass embedded in a bar of soap.
