It was one of the blacks who instigated the attack on the White man, by lying and calling him a “rapist,” who was the first to get hysterical, when the crime victim successfully defended himself. The prosecutors indicted and put on a show trial against the crime victim, because otherwise they would have had to prosecute the blacks who instigated all the bloodshed. Can’t have that.
The blacks and Whites all thought they’d get a free murder, and they did. But what they didn’t figure on was that the murder would be of their young friend and would-be fellow murderer.

N.S.: Wrong. The spin was in the station censoring the video at the most crucial moment, to make the victim look guilty, like how ktla censored the Rodney King video.

The apple river show trial: A couple of young black men instigated an attempted murder against a middle-aged White man by their White friends; but he successfully defended himself, killing one of his would-be murderers; had the state tried the actual killers, they would have had to prosecute the blacks, as well as their White accomplices, so instead, they falsely indicted, and ran a malicious prosecution and show-trial against the White crime victim (videos)

I've seen a small portion of the incident and I'm sickened by Whites acting like nigs--against a White.
In this decade at least,you cannot allow yourself to be alone with a group of people you don't know,in an area you cannot escape from,if you need to.
How it all got started,I don't know,but as the judge said,"Defending yourself from being murdered does not necessarily mean you won't face charges from it."
And a conviction.Avoid such potential situations.

I just looked at other reports and the victim has been found guilty of multiple charges. This judge needs to go as well as the prosecutors. The jury must have been incredibly stupid sheep. There is no justice in this country. What an outrage.
Cannot have been 1st degree murder. That requires premeditation. This was a bad spontaneous moment. The prosecutor overcharged hoping to get a plea bargain of guilty for lesser charges.
Same as with Rittenhouse and Zimmerman. They WAY overcharge.
And yes, don't go antagonize strangers for the fun of doing so.
I saw Matt Walsh's video a couple days ago. Both the white and black teenagers act like they're brain-damaged while being questioned in the courtroom.

There are some other videos with more detail but as is often the case cameras did not did turned on until after the incident started. I don't know how accurate this is but from what I've been able to glean, the older man was looking for a lost cell phone, he began to look around the inner tubes the kids were using which made it seem like he suspected that they had stolen it. They took offense and began to harass him verbally, claiming he was digging around "their stuff". Then at one point he approached a girl in the group who was being particularly verbally aggressive and appeared to make some kind of contact with her. They were screaming that he had hit her but it's unclear from the video that he actually struck her. Then, whipped up by the negro with the phone things started getting physical as the kids started shoving him and accusing him of looking for little girls, though there were no "little" girls anywhere around. Some women who were not involved felt the need to run out into the water and join the group in harassing him which only made things worse. He suddenly snapped and pulled his knife and began slashing at the kids, killing one.
The video is pretty powerful stuff for his defense, an out of shape middle aged male surrounded by aggressive older teens and young adults screaming and shoving him in the water shows him to be in a very dangerous, and potentially life threatening situation.
I'm guessing if he's convicted of anything is would only be manslaughter, I can't imagine they could get him on actual murder but who knows nowadays. He better get a good lawyer.
Nikolai was found guilty. Set upon by multiple assailants. Nikolai killed and underage kid apparently. That can mean the man will spend the rest of his days in prison.
That is how all the crap USA occurs. Something very trivial as a missing cell phone and within less than a minute the whole world turned upside down in a very bad way.
