First, I read a blog entry that kept referring to "justice Stephens." Huh? Then I read the source, by Thomas M. Boyd in the post (see link at bottom of page), which referred to "justice John Paul Stephens."
The mook was named John Paul Stevens. One of John Paul Stevens' many notorious decisions was his support of black-on-White prison rape, in 2004. He also opposed justice.
In any event, I am not holding my breath, waiting for the end of the administrative state.
