Jesse Mathews...The black Ted Bundy? Too bad the MSM will never give him enough attention to attain that kind of notoriety.

I believe black serial killer Jesse Mathews has gotten mention on NSU before but I just watched a True Crime Feature on him and was struck by a couple of things. Like Ted Bundy his victims were young, pretty White college age females, and also like Ted, he is likely responsible for many more murders than he was convicted for. Bundy was only convicted of 4 murders while Mathews was convicted for 2. However, there are dozens of cases of young women that disappeared or were discovered murdered in areas that Jesse Mathews lived in. While police suspect Mathews killed those women, the media never picked up on him as being a mega serial killer the way they did Bundy. Every woman that disappeared in the vicinity of Bundy is considered one of his victims and the MSM reminds us of that every time he gets mention, which is quite often. Mathews, being black, doesn't get connected to killings due to proximity the way White killers do. Him being in the vicinity of murdered women isn't enough for them, he murdered a couple of women and as far as the media and public is concerned, that's all he did. Interestingly, early in his career a composite sketch was being shown in the media and co workers of Mathews saw the resemblance but couldn't believe that their "gentle giant" co worker could be a murderer. How much did the reluctance people to believe that black men are serial killers (thanks to the media) play into that? If just one of those people had called the police and told them they knew somebody who matches that composite, the lives of many young women may well have been saved.
The WTVR link I sent was the only online article I could find that supplied a list of Mathews potential victims. Bundy's has a plethora of them, as does Golden Gate, Dahmer, Heuermann or any other White mega killer you can think of.
Another thing that illustrates the difference between how White and black serial killers are treated is what you see on that dishonest online "encyclopedia": There is no Wiki article for Jesse Mathews, instead there are Wiki articles for his victims, but not one for him. If he were White, no way would that happen.

Media doesn't care if blacks are murdering Whites by the dozens--they root for them--by their silence.
