Topeka police say youth homicide spike is concerning but not a trend

Topeka is seeing a spike in homicide deaths of children with 10 having been recorded so far this year, compared to one in all of last year.

Even in Jay Peak, Kansas I guess the messages if it can happen in Topeka, it can happen anywhere, and they are right
