Troops better called military personnel defined in a very broad manner. Troops could include all sorts of military types, those at sea or in the air, etc.

I'm not in favor of Muslim terrorists, but I think Israel is more than capable of handling their problem with their own armed forces. I see no reason for Americans to get involved unless the idea it to make big bucks with another Middle East war.
